Thanks to all the beautiful amazing women and wonderul men who came out for our "Spring Into Health" soiree at the D'Or Lounge!

Due to the generosity of all of our guests, we raised over $2,000 for  Circle of Health International! Circle of Health provides healthcare for women in war-torn and other ravaged areas around the world (including in Louisiana for victims of Hurricane Katrina!). This money was raised by and through the generosity of many sponsors, including but not limited to -- Anise New York for the vintage jewelry (gold! rubies! amethysts!) and jersey dress, the Alicia Mugetti Design Salon for the couture chiffon scarf, the Brazil Bronze Glow Bar for Oscar-worthy body wraps, Rhemedy By Rhed for the two delicious massages, Caterina Marra, a celebrity facialist for her Sonya Dakar signature facial, Swirl Events for the insanely wonderful donated wine tasting, Ladies Who Launch for the tickets to an upcoming Julia Cameron lecture, Scent By Alexis for the incredibly gorgeous "Goddess" perfume (available now at Henri Bendel, ladies!), South n' France for the insanely delicious hand-rolled and hand-dipped bon bons, and the list goes on!

Thanks to all who came to the chic and cozy Aspen bar on December 4th for our holiday party and for making it such a huge success.  
 
Thanks to your generosity, we raised $400 for Women in Need and they are so thrilled by and grateful for your contribution.

* Thank you to Women in Need for recognizing Modern Venus Ltd. at its beautiful gala on April 9, 2008 at The Pierre Hotel. This event raised nearly $2 million dollars for this incredible nonprofit.

* On Sunday, February 10, Marianne was a special guest at a seminar given by Kate Northrup Moller, founding member of Team Northrup and daughter of Dr. Christiane Northrup, one of the country’s most respected authorities on women’s health. 

* Marianne Merritt Talbot was a featured speaker on February 11, 2008 at an event sponsored by the wonderful organization Women In Need, which is dedicated to assisting homeless women in New York City. 

* On Saturday, February 16, 2008, Marianne was a featured guest at the Laughing Sage Wellness' amazing Spa Day, delivering her signature "Glamour from A to Z" workshop.
